How to Add Team Members

Anyone can create a team.

Navigate to the Participants Tab and find the users you want to add. Take note of their username and Discord handle.

Go to Team & Submission > Create a Team > Add Team Member.

Search for the team member using their username or Discord handle.

The invited team member will receive an email confirmation.
How to Remove a Team Member
- Only the team leader can remove a member. You can only make this change if you haven't submitted your entry yet.
- Go to Team & Submission and click the Manage Team button, and click the Remove Icon (x) next to the team member's name. Save the changes.
- The removed team member will receive an email notification.
How to Delete a Team
- Only the team leader can delete the team. You can only make this change if you haven't submitted your entry yet.
- Go to Team & Submission and click the Delete Team button.
- Confirm the action.
- All team members will receive an email notification about the team deletion.
How to Leave a Team
- Go to Team & Submission and click the Leave Team button.
- The team leader will receive a notification email about your departure.
You can only make this change if your leader or team hasn't submitted your entry yet.
Can I create a new team after already forming one?
- Go to Team & Submission and click the Delete Team button.
- All team members will receive an email notification about the team deletion.
- You can create a new team and add members, provided they are registered for the hackathon and not already part of another team.
You can only make this change if you haven't submitted your entry yet.
Why Can’t I Find a Team Member in the Search?
- The team member may already be part of another team.
- The team member is not yet registered for the hackathon.
