If you've received an email indicating that your account is on temporary withdrawal on hold, it means your account is currently under investigation. This usually lasts for 14 working days.
What You Should Do:
- Start the 14-Day Countdown: Once you receive the email, begin counting the 14 working days of the investigation period.
- Participate in a Quest: To expedite the process and potentially have your withdrawal on hold status lifted sooner, participate in and submit a valid deliverable for one more quest.
- Consider Participating in Multiple Quests: Participating in at least two quests can further increase your chances of having your status lifted, especially if your submissions are free from suspicious activity. This also allows you to hone your skills and potentially earn rewards faster.
Important Reminders:
- No Notification for Status Lift: There's no specific notification for when the withdrawal on hold status is lifted. Instead, once the investigation is complete, your withdrawal request will be processed automatically.
You’ll typically know that your account’s hold status has been lifted when you receive your reward. To verify this, you can check your StackUp profile and transaction history for updates.
We recommend regularly reviewing your profile to stay informed about the status of your transactions.
- Permanent Suspension Notification: If your account is permanently suspended, you'll receive a separate email detailing the reason for the suspension.
Stay Patient and Cooperative:
During the investigation period, it's crucial to remain patient and cooperative. By actively participating in quests and ensuring the validity of your submissions, you can significantly increase your chances of having your withdrawal on hold status lifted promptly.
