I submitted a withdrawal request but realized I entered incorrect information (crypto wallet address/WISE email). What should I do?
Unfortunately, once a withdrawal request has been submitted, the withdrawal information cannot be changed, and the request cannot be cancelled or modified.

Funds will not be re-transferred or redirected to the correct address if the initially provided address is incorrect. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the wallet address entered at the time of the transaction. Any requests for changes after funds have been processed will not be accommodated.
