On the Wise Platform
1. Head over to Create your Wise account
2. Enter the email address that you used for your StackUp account when creating a Wise Personal account.
3. Once you have created your account and verified it, click on your avatar, and click on ‘Your Details’.
4. Fill up details of your “Personal information” and “Personal address”.
5. Head over to the ‘Recipients’ tab on the left-hand bar. Under “Recipients”, add your withdrawal account(s) - Bank account. Ensure that your intended bank account is marked as your primary account to receive your currency.
Note: You will not be able to reach this stage if you have not updated your personal details in Step 4.
On the StackUp Platform
6. Now, head over to your StackUp profile page and log into your account.
7. Click on Profile >> Withdraw >> Bank Account. Input the email address that you used to register your Wise account and the bank account details that you added in Step 5 in Wise, to StackUp. Ensure the bank account details you key into StackUp match with the details in Wise. Click on “Update bank account”.
Note: Even if you choose your “secondary mode of withdrawal” (e.g UPI/Paynow etc) and mark it as a primary account, you will still need to input your bank account details in StackUp.(This will act as an alternative for us to carry out the transaction should the secondary mode of transfer fail).
